Steering wheel shakes when brakes are applied?

Very common problem, noticed with many new and old car/truck models.
The brake components needs clear inspection.
The brake rotors are worn out or wrapped.it has to be inspected manually.
Or quite possible the wheel or wheel components got loose or loose brake caliper.
the only thing that will shake the steering wheel when stopping the car is one or both of the front rotors wobbleing due to one of the things.
Driving the car is not advisable, till the problem is repaired. As it may worsen the problem.
Also is advisable that ,while inspecting brake components, check the brake fluid level and inspect if there is any fluid leak.
This details will help.Thanks.
