Removal of Recirculation Door?

Recirculation Door Removal & Installation

The procedure with diagram is as follows :----

  1. Make sure the ignition switch is in LOCK (0).
  2. Remove the glove box housing.
  3. Disconnect the wiring harness from the recirculation control motor. Remove the self-tapping screws and the recirculation control motor from the blower unit.

To install:
  1. Install the motor in the reverse order of removal. Make sure the pin on the motor is properly engaged with the linkage. After installation, make sure the motor runs smoothly.
